We were tourists. Of course we had to go to the Blue Mountains! We booked a tour with Wildlife Activity Tours and our guide was extremely knowledgable and friendly. Our first stop was the Featherdale Wildlife Park which I will remember forever as the place where I finally touched a Koala's butt and all my dreams came true.

Dr. Seuss museum in the Queen Victoria Building: I lay my fingers on a solid bronze statue that cost 8000 AUD. * Better move away in case I break it *

In Funkhouse, every single door is painted with a character/story which I really loved. It was so colourful, vibrant, youthful and dynamic. I think my favourite door was the one above (Harry Pothead & the Philosopher's Stoned) or the Daft Punk one. Good taste, if I do say so myself! If you're ever in Sydney and looking for a place to stay, I would definitely recommend Funkhouse!
